What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Amex, Mastercard.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms depend on the rate you have booked. We recommend consulting the booking confirmation if you have already booked, or if you have not yet booked but would like to do so, just consult the various cancellation terms that are written when you click book now on our site.

How does the refund policy work?

If you are already penalized, it is not possible to have any refund.

Do all apartments have a kitchen?

No, not all apartments have a kitchen. The studio, superior studio, superior open space, and deluxe two-room apartments do not have a kitchen but are still equipped with cutlery, glasses, plates, a kettle, Illy coffee machine, microwave, bottle opener, dish cleaning set, fridge.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept pets in our apartments. The additional cost is €24 per day. In your apartment, you will find a dog kit consisting of a snack, a bed, and bowls.

What services are included in the price?

If you have booked directly through our website, parking is included. Upon your arrival, you will find coffee capsules and welcome tea bags. The apartments are equipped with bed linen, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and soap.

How much is the city tax? And how is it paid?

The cost of the city tax is €1.70 per person per day. The cost must be paid at the reception before, during, or at checkout.

Is it possible to request a crib for children?

Certainly, if you have indicated the presence of your child from 0 to 3 years old in the booking, we always put the crib without asking.

How can I use my promotional code? Only on the website?

The promotional code given to customers at checkout can only be used by rebooking through our site by entering the word given to you in the promo code section.
