Front desk
Our reception is at your service every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, ready to provide support, offer personalised suggestions, and ensure you’re well looked after throughout your stay.
For any needs outside these hours, a dedicated number is always available.
Pet friendly
Because a real holiday is one you share—yes, even with your four-legged friend. For a small supplement of €24 per day, your dog will enjoy a special treat that includes a delicious gourmet Food For Dogs tin, two bowls for food and water, and a cosy bed to rest after a day full of adventures. Whether you’re exploring the city or unwinding within the walls of Palais Hörtenberg, your furry companion will have everything they need to make the most of their holiday.
Private Spa
Wellness meets an elegant, private setting—a perfect balance of energy and tranquillity to make you feel your best throughout your stay. Treat yourself to 90 minutes in one of our two private spas, available upon request at reception.
Opening hours: daily, with the first access at 9:00 am and the last at 6:30 pm.
Rates: €55 for 2 people – €80 for 3/4 people.
Gym
Train your body and mind in our fully equipped gym, open 24 hours a day—perfect for those who want to keep up their fitness routine even while travelling.
Daily Cleaning and towel change
Relax and enjoy your stay: at Palais Hörtenberg, you can book our daily cleaning service for €25 per day, keeping your room spotless without a worry. If you wish, you can also request a towel change, available at €6 per person per day. An extra touch to offer you comfort and freshness every single day.
Self-service laundry and luggage storage: freedom at any time
Our self-service laundry, located on the first floor and open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, allows you to wash and dry your clothes independently — ideal for families, light packers, or longer stays.
Arriving early or leaving late? You can safely leave your bags in our luggage storage, available 24/7.
Underground parking
Park with convenience in our underground parking garage at 9 Cassa di Risparmio Street, accessible by the code provided. The parking garage is connected directly to the housing floors for maximum convenience.
Parking spaces are located on floors -2 and -3, clearly marked with the Palais Hörtenberg logo for immediate identification.
